The William Penn Vol Firemens assoc’s purpose is to promote the public safety of its citizens through cooperation. The organization provides fire and emergency services 365 days/24 hours to all residents of the Rosedale District by maintaining the necessary equipment, providing firefighter training and supporting any other means which accomplishes their goals.
